We are hoping and praying that we will find a good plastic surgeon and hospital to donate their love and care free of charge to help Dimilia. She was badly burned at the age of four and a half. She is from the mountains...her father brought her to us a year ago. When she was burned, she was in the "General Hospital" for eight months...she has some scar tissue on her neck and under-arm, which prevent her from turning her neck or lifting her arm. If anyone has the opportunity to make this happen,
